I Tried Making a Game Which Got Myself Reincarnated Into My Own Rogue-like
This game is my submission to the Kindred Community Jam 2020.
Simple procedurally-generated rogue-like where players aim to go travel the furthest amount of floors they can before time runs out. Time is the only resource in the game to manage. Defeating enemies adds to the timer, getting hit loses time, even shooting bullets costs time.
This was my first time doing an online jam, along with it also being my first time going solo in a game jam, which made it quite the experience. Being victim yet again to over-scoping, it wasn't exactly what I envisioned, but I had a really fun time nonetheless!
I'm most likely going to update the game in the near future, so if you have any feedback, comments, advice, or bugs encountered, feel free to let me know :)
CONTROLS:
WASD - Move
LEFT MOUSE BUTTON - Melee
RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON - Special Action
ESCAPE - Pause
NOTES:
Bump on the two icons in the test room (grapple or gun) to set your action command for the run. You have to do it for each run because I forgot to think that far ahead haha.

This game is great. The movement is smooth and very fun. I like the grappling hook mechanic especially when i have to rush for kills to stay alive. It keep me interested and engaged. Graphics are very good and everything got feedback. Also color pallet swaps keep different feel every time. It looks like finished product not only jam game. I try to say with more polish and some variations it will be great game. I like it Thanks.
Thanks so much! That really means a lot!
